On August 25, we start the IMA's theme "Storytelling" with a "føkkup night".
Have you ever done a fuck-up at work?
What if you got tools to handle the situation better next time?
How can stories about our mistakes be used for learning?
At IMA's føkkup night we have invited Per Stilling, Head Trainer in the company Training Norge AS, former world champion in debate technique.
Per Stilling supports the statement that those who make few mistakes probably try too few new things. It should be added that Per has made many, many mistakes… and he has learned from most of the mistakes he has made. In 2010, Per was named "The World's Best Trainer" by the organization JCI. Per is motivating and knowledgeable, and his trainings are known for giving good results. In addition to a long education in course design, Per has a master's degree in economics and an MBA. Since 2012, he has taught rhetoric for the PhD program at the University of Oslo.
Per has built up the concept "Moment training" and has since 2001 trained several thousand people in 38 countries. Moment training is still an important part of Training.no's training portfolio, and Per also teaches topics such as communication, management and behavioral economics.
