Theme: The PA role in change
We are often the ones organizing things for others, but this weekend we will focus on personal and professional development, socializing, and learning how to reduce stress with mindfulness.
Our experience is that the PA role is changing, and we act more and more as proactive management support.
This means that we are more independent and influence decisions more than before. We need knowledge, skills, strength and mindfullness to fulfill the PA role in a good and motivating way in the years to come.
The trainer will be psychologist Egil Arne Skaun Knutsen. He has been a top-level leader in the oil industry and officer in the army. He has eight years of experience as a special advisor for health, environment and safety, and several years of experience as a psychologist. In addition to education from the army, he has also a major in organizational psychology from NTNU and psychology from Copenhagen, with focus on Mindfulness.
Egil Arne has long experience in supporting people and organizations in their positive development work.
